My first ever video (solo)! Its a shame that we take our feet for granted when they are always there for us to lead us onto the right path in different directions, help you look dressed up and carry you all day!
My experiences I have seen babies, teens, adults and seniors and I am confident that I have gauged that seniors never really took notice of their health as they grew up, hence they seem to suffer more with stiffness and acheness.
My goal for this video was to simply make you aware that feet need to be taken care of for now and definitely the future!
